Weekly Lessons
Registration Fee
1. Registration includes a one-time registration fee of $35 and a deposit equivalent to the cost of 2 lessons.
Registration Deposit
2. Registration deposit will be used to cover the final 2 lessons if you decide to discontinue. This is provided student give a one-month notice and have at least 2 months of lessons, or have valid reason. If conditions are not met, the deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
Monthly Payments
3. Invoices will be sent at the start of the month, billing for all scheduled lessons in the month, inclusive of any public holiday, and any add-ons such as books or additional lessons.
Unused lessons
4. Our school uphold rollover lessons, which are lessons paid for the month but unattended. Rollover lessons are only applicable to students attending weekly lessons only.
Notice of Absence
5. In the event that student is unable to make it for class, they must inform both the school and teacher at least 3 hours before the start of the class. This will be counted as a rollover. Otherwise, the class will be forfeited.
Pro-rating Invoices
6. Rollover lessons will not be charged in the next invoice.
Withdrawal
7. In the event that student wishes to stop attending classes, they must inform at least 1 month in advance to use up their deposit in the form of the remaining lessons. Rollover lessons and deposits are non-refundable.
Pauses for Lessons Allowed
8. Should student wish to pause lesson and resume in the future, they must inform 1 month in advance. All remaining lessons must be used up before the pause. The student's original time-slot will not be guaranteed when student resume their paused lesson. No limit to the duration of pause.

Schedule and Timetable
4. Lessons are scheduled at a fixed time and day, every month. Any changes to the scheduled lesson are subjected to availability.
Bi-Weekly Lessons
5. Each month will have 2 lessons. All lessons for the month must be used in 1 month. There will be no rollover for lessons. Lessons falls on the first and third week of the month.
Adjusted Rates
6. Students who opt for lessons twice a week enjoy a special adjusted rate at 1.2× the standard weekly rate. Makeup classes are subjected to additional charges.

12 Lesson Package

Books and Materials
2. Additional materials such as books shall be subjected to additional charges.
Schedule and Timetable
3. Lessons are scheduled at a fixed time and day, weekly. Any changes to the scheduled lesson are subjected to availability.
Attendance
4. All paid lessons must be used by the last lesson. There will be no rollover for lessons.
Make Up Lessons
5. Any makeup classes will be subjected to charges and availability.
Refund Policy
6. There is no refund for the paid 12 lessons package. Should a student wish to stop the package midway, amount will not be refunded.
